DYNAMIC OR FIXED
As an independent hotel we can create bespoke rates for your Calgary corporate travel program, but the principal choice is between a dynamic and fixed rate.
Choosing dynamic means your rate will rise and fall with the hotel’s retail rate while maintaining a guaranteed minimum discount and maximizing the availability of your discounted rate.
Choosing fixed makes it easier to budget as you know the rate in advance, but on very high demand dates the rate may be subject to a minimum length of stay requirement.
