If you are checking out on Sunday morning and wish to pay with an alternate method of payment, please visit the front desk on Saturday evening or Sunday before 8AM to settle your account. Otherwise we will utilize the card information on file from check-in to settle your account once power is restored.
Parking
The garage door will be open to facilitate departures for those guests that have parked underground.

Hotel Arts Kensington offers daily housekeeping service between the hours of 8:30AM and 3:00PM. In an effort to reduce our footprint on this planet, linens will be changed on the third day of your stay. Please contact the front desk should you wish to have your linens and towels replaced daily.
In Room Entertainment
Your guestroom TV is equipped with Google Chromecast. Follow these quick steps to get started:
1) Connect to Hotel Arts Kensington WIFI as a registered guest.
2) Change your TV input to HDMI1 using the source button in the top left of your remote.
3) Open your favourite streaming app and look for the Chromecast button to cast to your guestroom TV.
Ice Machine
Ice may be requested at any time through the front desk. Simply dial ‘0’ or text us and one of our agents will assist promptly in delivering a bucket of ice to your room.

In case of an alarm, please use the nearest stairwell as the elevator will be unavailable. Our staff will direct you to our muster point across the street, so please use the nearest crosswalk for your safety.
